Q: What is the standard shipping time?

A: Once payment is received from the customer (some banks can take 2-5 business days depending on customer and location), the order is sent to our Print-On-Demand partner.

It can take 2-7 business days to make apparel, 2-5 business days for non-apparel.

After that, the average shipping time is around 4-5 business days depending on where the customer is located. 

A total of 5 - 17 business days on average. (1-3 Weeks)

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Shipping is available for most products world wide with some exceptions. Remember to check the item before purchasing to ensure it can be shipped to you!

(Currently we can provide most options for USA, Europe, EFTA States, Canada, Australia/NZ, and Japan. Other areas in the world may be limited.)

A: The Print-On-Demand Company we work with has fulfillment facilities located in:

With Partner Facilities in:

Depending on the customer's location, the items will be created and shipped to them from one of these facilities to ensure the quickest shipment times!

Q: Where is Doom & Gloom, the company, based?

A: The Creative Team is located in Youngstown, Ohio. USA

Q: Do you sell Plus Size clothing? 


Our T-shirts and Hoodies go up to sizes 3X-5X at NO EXTRA CHARGE. 

It is our firm, ethical, belief that all people who require clothing shouldn't be price gauged for their necessities! So we take it on the nose and reduce our over-all profits on these items to ensure that our customers are all treated 100% fairly! 

Q: Do you take special requests or suggestions?

A: As of this time, we do not have a way to create singular specialized merchandise

That being said, if you would like to contribute an idea for a design or scenario you would love to see either of the creatures being featured in, feel free to send an e-mail or Facebook message via the CONTACT US portion of the website!

If you include your name or online moniker, we will gladly give credit where credit is due and include your name or online moniker in the description section wherever the merchandise happens to be sold! 

Q: Do you accept Returns or issue Refunds?

A: Returns are only permitted on merchandise that was damaged during shipment or the product was misprinted.

(Please contact us immediately with an image of the product included as proof of the issues, and we will respond and resolve the issue as quickly as possible)


Refunds are only permitted on shipment damaged goods, or if the goods were never delivered after a reasonable amount of time. 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after I've paid for it?

A: No, once the payment has been received, and processed, the fulfillment facility immediately begins the creation process of the items.


There is no way to cancel or change the order once payment has been processed.

Q: The Item I want is marked "Out of Stock", but it says I can still order it?

A: Items that are marked "Out of Stock" are marked that way because our fulfillment facility lacks one or more of the necessary components to create it. Typically the item will be back in stock after 2-4 weeks. If you place an order for an "Out of Stock" item, it could take an additional 2-4 weeks for the item to be created and subsequently shipped. 

We keep the option open for customers who still wish to eventually own/purchase the items even if it is currently unavailable. 

Q: What are Doom & Gloom's Birthdays?

A: Doom's Birthday is May 25.
Gloom's Birthday is December 28.
